Please know that at MRDS is business as usual with a few precautions.

To protect you, your family and our staff from the COVID-19 pandemic we are following and adopting preventative measures in accordance with the Department of Health. These measures are on top of our usual and daily infection control measures.

If you or anyone in your family has or had flue like symptoms, fever, cough, returned from travelling in the last 14 days, or has been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment. Your privacy will be respected.

As primary healthcare practitioners, we are always aware that any person could be having infections or a contagious disease. We have always used ADA – mandated cleaning and disinfection protocols for all our surfaces and equipment in the treatment areas.

Additional measures implemented are :

  • our patients are asked to head to the bathroom to wash their hands upon entering our premises
  • our patients may also be asked to take a disinfectant mouthwash before treatment
  • the commonly touched areas, waiting room and all the door handles are disinfected at regular intervals during the day.

To maximise the interpersonal distancing and to reduce the traffic in the waiting room at any one time, longer times between appointments will be implemented.

Please try to be punctual for your appointment and please limit to one extra person accompanying the patient, if necessary.
